Fioravanti Florist

We are Very unhappy with this florist. My sister in law ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom when she came home from the hospital. She paid the extra $25 fee for next day delivery, but they did NOT deliver them the next day. Also, the bouquet my mom received was nothing at all like what my SIL ordered- not same colors, only 4 roses instead of the 12 in the picture of what she ordered. There was no green florist foam in the vase for water and no flower food. We would never use this florist again.

I had an awesome experience with Fioravanti Florist! I was in search of a particular arrangement to be made. Susie took my call and told me that they could do what I was looking for, as she had seen them do it before hand. I was thrilled, because I had called 15 other florists that told me they could not do it. I saw the floral piece in person and it was perfect. Additionally, Susie was a joy to meet in person when I dropped off the enclosure card for the arrangement. She was friendly , empathetic and professional. I will definitely be back and I would give them 10 stars if I could! Josie DiGiorgio

The flowers are beautiful and fresh. The arrangement was VERY nice. Delivery was on time, etc. Very friendly staff. With that said, it looked nothing like the photo online which had artistic space and well placed butterflies, and completely different colored flowers. (They also didn't take my note to add more butterflies.) But over all a beautiful arrangement, just not what was represented on line. I've posted online photo to compare to actual arrangement.

My mother died and we decided to use Fioravanti as our florist at recommendation of the funeral home. When discussing with the funeral home and the florist we agreed the flowers would be delivered to the funeral home for transport to be brought to the church for the service on Sunday. We paid the funeral home extra fees for the work they would be doing with transport and the flowers. When asking the funeral home if they heard from Fioravanti 2 days before the funeral, (as Fioravanti said they would reach out to the home for further arrangements) they denied. However, they informed us they work very closely with each other, so no need to worry. The day before the funeral, the church informed my family the flowers were dropped off at the back of the church. When asking Fioravanti why the flowers are at the wrong location and the wrong date, they said out of convenience for themself (since they had multiple orders in the area) and doing the the funeral home a favor, they decided it best to deliver the flowers to the not agreed upon location and the not agreed upon time. As a reminder, we paid extra fees to the funeral home, the funeral home did not hear from the florist during the alm

Birthday gifts! My husband walked into Fioravanti Florist yesterday where the man made a custom arrangement, on the spot! It is gorgeous, huge, with interesting flowers like gerbera daisies, snapdragons, roses, poppies, hydrangeas and some whose names I don’t know. Today I received another arrangement delivered to my home from out of town friends! Completely different style and colors but just as beautiful as my husband’s gift! Delivery man was super sweet, too! I highly recommend Fioravanti!
